1978 Columbia 10.7 35' sailboat- repowered/low hours

This is a wonderful classic Columbia sailboat. Was repowered in 2006/2007, Yanmar diesel. New canvas in 2008, new brass and glass($$$) portligths that open for full ventalation in 2008. The head (the entire bathroom) was rebuilt by this owner in 2009. New bottom paint & batteries in 2011. Generally a well-maintained, dry sailing boat, appropriate for live aboards or weekend warriors. Currently docked at Point Lookout Marina, Ridge, Maryland. Owner will show boat upon request, may bring you out for a sail weather permitting.
